Gavin is a modern classical composer...minimalist/avant
garde..and this was one of his compositions called 'Sinking
The Titanic'. It is considered by many to be a touchstone of
much modern classical music...much in the same way as 'In A
Landscape', "It's Gonna Rain", "In C", "Two Pages For Steve
Reich" or "Trois Gymnopedie".

That is the reference to the Titanic in the name of the
remix. It is not from any movie...though the whole
composition is quite cinematic. Hope that helped.

The seefeel remix, gavin bryars remix and curve remix are my
faves. The Mike Flower Pops mix is quite
humourous/interesting as well.

I like the Luke Vibert-mix, and the Mindstream mix is great,
too.

I didn't have skippings in heroes, but I did have it in
another track, not sure which one, I will listen to it in a
minute.
My favorite track is Krieger.

jesus jones - zeros and ones is my fave

closely followed by nobukazu takemura - let my fish loose
and also
that philip boa & the voodoo club track deep in velvet,
which got even more appreciation after hearing the
original.
curve's good, debase too, mindstream too. It's hard to pick
a definitive winner tho, but ok, jesus jones for me.

the only track i don't think should be on this album is We
Have Arrived (Aphex Twin QQT Mix). It's worst of all the
mixes and it's already available on CLASSICS. I always skip
it. They should've put Saint Etienne - Who Do You Think You
Are (Aphex Twin Quex-rd) there instead (possibly my
favourite rdj remix) I cannot believe it was not included
