i'm not going to pinkpop either, they've been going downhill for a while and the end isn't in sight. but they're at werchter, too, whose lineup is ok-ish. but why not a club tour, indeed. i missed the pixies when they were alive due to young age/ignorance... breaking the split screen barrier! christ i like it. |

I love "bragging party". that drumbeat is hypnotizing. on the "tipp city" single there's a song called "just like a briar" and a 4-track demo-version of "empty glasses". |

yes, somehow the whole 'amateur' style of playing the instruments works quite well on this record. it is slightly over the top and forced on title tk, imo. although i've come to appreciate that album more. |

I think Surfer Sofa is their best, nice beats. Im actually going to their first comeback concert here in Reykjavik after 2 months! :) Its gonna be soooooo fucking awesome! |
