not everyone who is fat got there just sitting around and eating junk food which is what most people think.. yea they can go out and work out and lose a majority of the weight but a lot of it is body makeup and shit.. it can be just as disgusting watching anyone eat messy or disgustingly, i didnt think this board was so hateful |

i was fat most of my life i lost over 60 lbs about 3 years ago it takes just a little exercise every day (not too strenuous) and a strict diet. literally every day is how frequent i've done this, & i lost about 15 lbs a month. i haven't gained very much back, but i've found it's harder to lose weight when you're not as fat, cuz that's when muscle mass balances it out from all the exercise. |

Fat people are usually quite nice, just the same a skinny people. I'm sort of skinny but I think I could be developing a beer gut soon, d'oh. Which means I need to do more speed and go raving. |

I once red an article that said that 60% of the americans are have this problem with their wheigt. The US food industry produces 3500 cal everyday for every person. Someone gotta eat all this. ;-I When I was in the US I recognized that the fat/unhealthy stuff is really cheap but all stuff like good bread or proper juice is super exensive. I paid 10$ for a bottle a cherry juice that only had 10% real juice but that already beats the cheap stuff cause that have only apple juice and artificial flavours in it. |

Thank you pogo for agreeing with moi about the family thing. Fat people disgust me (need a more positive term) because I was fat and I know that its a waste of life.What I mean is im disgusted for their sake,almost worried about thier health. I also know that eating is a vicious circle habit,and I know its hard to lose weight. Empathy is what I feel for obiesity. |

the fact is, fatness and the health problems it causes are in many cases self-caused. and so is anorexia. both are living-standard diseases (overeating and anorexia) and therefore they disgust me. i am an ex-anorectic so i know what i talk about. i don't think there is anything nazi in that. i do know some people have diseases that make them fat. i also know its in genes. but i do know that, for example, in finland thousands of people die due to overweight caused health problems... and that the country needs to pay alot of money because some people just HAVE to put an inch of butter on their bread and eat a kilo of sausage.... |

I agree with glass_eater It doesn't make sense to categorize people and say what 'their sort' is like. Many fat people can't help it. I really don't get the point of discussing this here. What's next, 'ginger people are often real jerks' or 'black people are often very ugly'? Sometimes I really wish I was a mod, only to kick off threads like these. Probably some of the 2088 here are fat. They must feel really welcome after having read this thread. |
