The Beatles' White Album was a revelation. SO MANY styles on
one album, just an information overload. So disjointed and
so eclectic, so GREAT!!!

radiohead - ok computer... basically turned me into a
serious music fan...before this album..my music experience
was based on mtv and the radio..okc opened up a whole new
world of actually buying cd's...which led to the purchase of
come to daddy 2 years later...which was the beginning of the
musical era in which i live now

maybe cre doesn't understand boc.

cre, are they terrible because they make wobbly lo-quality
sounds?

or are they terrible because they don't have 170bpm
drill'n'bass testosterone teenage angry bedroom technokid
beats in all their tracks?

just curious.

core: they're terrible because they make boring, unoriginal,
uninteresting, and.. i feel must emphasize BORING, music.
simple as that.

this is all IMO of course. don't take it personally.

actually I gotta think about this. as I said before,
repeater led me to underground\indie\punk. not crap punk
real punk rock. all smashing pumpkins led me to everything
that is great. god lives underwater's cds probably first
led me to the electronic stuff along with nine inch nails
stuff too.

first album I heard by Aphex Twin was Windowlicker. My
friend was playing nannou. And that was the beginning of a
beautiful relationship.

first album I heard by Aphex was Windowlicker. I was at a
friend's house, and he was playing nannou. Now I am in to
the music much more than my friend. That was the beginning
of a beautiful relationship.
