YES!!! you really did see it? what the fuck was that thing
man? you are in liverpoool that makes sense! it was heading
north, i looked at this thing at 10.30pm from NN1 8JQ

I am predicting that you saw this object at about 11pm? as
it must of been traveling at around 1000 to 1200 MPH

Well, over 1000mph is supersonic, so you would have heard a
sonic boom.
The chances are it was much lower in altitude, so the speed
would appear to be much higher.

Chances are it was a lantern on a balloon or something
similar.

UK, with crisps and fruit gums. Ok maybe also my family!
(and affordable crispy duck)

I have considered this, but the way it streamlined in one
direction makes me believe it was on a journey. maybe from
liverpool it went towards Belfast or glasgow

doing mad zig-zags.

it can't be the ISS because i watched it as a large object
getting smaller in the horison and out of view, the ISS
would of been the same size as i watched it pass

extremely fast at the same altitude of a plane

ive seen something similar. it was a giant fireball, it was
just hovering in the sky very high over the water. it slowly
died out just like a flame and flickered out like a candle.
ive seen many types of UFOs before but this is the most
interesting i think.

1) You don't know the size of the object, so cannot judge
distance.
2) Cannot determine speed if you don't know distance.

The reason it was travelling in a certain direction may be
due to wind currents, i.e. released balloons do not only go
vertical, but have a horizontal direction too.

I'm almost certain what you saw was a low altitude small
object being blown along by the wind. It may well have been
on fire or emitting light.

As it was an object, which was flying and was unidentified,
it could be called a UFO, yet it isn't a spaceship or
anything.

I find the claim it was doing 1000mph dubious at best. The
fact it was travelling in a single direction is due to the
wind. No need to telephone Mulder and Scully methinks...

I don't. :)

"I'm almost certain what you saw was a low altitude small

on fire or emitting light."

I'd rather be honest and say i don't know. It's funny how
people who believe we're the only beings in the universe
(and more) are so adamant about it.
