question to smokers

people don't quit until illness sets in. in many cases it
is too late discovered ..( too early in life as well.) many
cases leaving the person in severe discomfort for their
remaining years.

this is the evil of smoking...

it creaps up slowly ....very very very slowly ...so slow
that you do not realise...like someone very very very slowly
dims the lights in your room. (you do not realise until it
gets dark)

this is the dark death tar build up in your veins ,lungs
,brain and muscles EVERYWHERE!! your entire system even your
nails and sexual organs.

but what are words?? totally pointless !!!

only these feelings can fully educate the mind . You have to
feel this pollution in your body in full to
understand.......Yet,. who the fuck whats to be fully
educated in this subject? ...fk that!! ...learn these basics
and GET THE HELL OUTA THERE BROTHERS AND SISTERS.!!!!!!!

if you do that your mind is unbalanced UP n DOWN UP n
DOWN....all your life smoking in moderation.

..your concentration will suffer your art . your
happiness.

as well it only takes half a ciggarette (even just 1-2 deep
inhallations)to damage the tiny nerve endings in your
lungs.

remember that first drag??? the one that burned your
insides? the one that actually hurt!!? maybe even made you
cough!! ???

then theres the pointless damaging chemicals and gases that
do nothing for feeling good ..but just damage your body

cyanide Benzene acetone ....ammonia Carbon Monoxide
ect....

sorry if i seem a bit harsh....but ,after i have had family
members die from smoke related illness, cancer and lung
damage....with other family members continuing to smoke all
the same infront of children and thinking nothing of
it....attributing it to old age....it seriously hits me
hard....

i'm quite well balanced thank you very much. my grandfather
died of emphazime. my mother even smoked while pregnant with
me (haha). i'm well aware of the harmful side effects.
smoking is a choice people make. don't force yours down my
throat. sorry if that sounds harsh, i hate people telling me
what to do.

Another unfortunate consequence (sometimes good): smoking
makes you shit. Often times, mid-cigarette, one will get
the sudden to take a dump, I mean out of nowhere. When I
was younger, I never understood why so many people smoke in
the bathroom, leaving butts floating in the toilet... now I
do. Even thinking about smoking can get the shit juices
flowing. A dirty habit.

From what I understand, permanently damaging the cilia in
your lungs (burning) is as bad (or worse) than any tar
intake. It's all worth it though, right?

no it doesn't!

it increases your appetite, but that's all. THAT'S ALL!

If anything, cigs decrease your appetite.
