I struggled to think what he meant for hours. I think it's some new, young fashionable take on the old fashioned, what 45° angle salute and this is a radical, modern, funky, a little bit daring but with respectful roots to the past style version with a downward twist.

I think famous people like music stars etc, could rock an election by having all their fans vote for them if they wanted. Fame. I'd vote for maralyn manson. This is all assuming voting isn't a big illusion/scam.

If I ever did vote, I'd probably find someone's blog or something on the internet who I can tell are intelligent and good and just vote how they vote, because it's too much crap to dig through myself and everyone is trying to trick you into thinking a vote is for one thing when its for another/maybe opposite thing. politics...

I voted informal until I dropped of the electoral role (moved house house so many times). Now I just don't vote. It's compulsory to vote in Australia if you are on the electoral role and you are fined if you don't. It is also illegal to advocate voting informal.
