Your real name/User meaning

offline neetta from Finland on 2004-09-21 01:59 [#01341035]
Points: 5924 Status: Regular

my name is agneta. the part in the end is neta. if you
pronounce it in the 'swedish way' and then write what you
say in 'the finnish way' it will become neetta. everyone
calls me neetta. that has also been my net nick for a long
time, although i use 'kunoichi' in ircnet.

uzim doesn't mean anything, which i prefer to being called
merciful shoemaker. (my other name lumnaya doesn't mean
anything either.)

My real name is Dan. I thought I would write it in a way
that looks quite cool but when you ask your friend "Have you
got that new Dannn_ CD its fucking shit" you don't know
whether to hover on the n's like some kind of down syndrome
patient or just say Dan like normal, which is probably too
vague. Kind of like how I don't actually know how to say
Autechre and I think I pronounce Vibert wrong too buUTTtt I
JUSst cAn"t STop MySELFFFfQq. Side note: I just distorted a
photo of Terry Nutkins for no reason.

my crazy Intranet MB name came from a time when a friend's
dog belched in my face, I know it's hard to believe but it
did occur. I came to associate this experience as a
comparisisador with bad things happening, I got run over,
was it as bad as a dog belching in your face, no to be
honest it wasn't, etc. My real name's Dan and I've been
drinking nonstop for 12 years.

Side note: Just had a Pisco and Coke

dogs is pretty nasty.

leg over the other and pours another one*

i do my best.

I do that all the time, but with the addition with slightly
wet wee stained jeans.

Mrgypsum's reminded me of the time my wife and I visited
Cornwall, it was lovely clear spring day, the sea air so
refreshing after being on the train from Paddington for 5
hours, and then this dog just dropped it's guts in front of
us, the loosest, foulest stools that have ever besmirched
God's earth. That day taught me a listen in humility and
shallow breathing.

It wasn't my dog, funny enough (indulgent chuckle) despite
my "name" I am more of a cat person (more indulgent
chuckling followed by discreet breakage of wind), though my
only pets now are canaries.
