Last time I looked there wasn't a Jurassic Park IV, only
three.

I don't think they should have made an Alien 4, they should
have left it at 3 films. Batman and Robin shouldn't have
been made either. Also Jaws the Revenge, was a disapointment
as well.

that has a point to it... use it in psychology, as an
example of media influence on violence.

OTT was one of the major points / themes of the film.

actually found NBK hilarious in parts, and shocking in
others. Sometimes you laugh, then realise what you're
laughing at.

I didn't know that. The third one was not a bad film, it
quite simply didn't appear to be as good as the first two.
I'll reserve my judgement on the fourth until I actually see
it

Well I've only ever seen the director's cut.
From what I saw in the beginning commentary, the original
cut had a lot of stuff missing, so I don't know.

hmmm, the 3rd JP is on TV next saturday... might watch it,
can't say i liked the 2nd one very much. JP 1 was good, for
back then.

I do find it interesting in peoples differing opinions. I
actually prefered the second one. I'd be interested in what
you think of the third one if you watch it.

didn't like it when they took the T.Rex back to New York/san
fransisco/generic.big.city in JP 2... it was like they were
trying to turn it into Godzilla or something.

Robert Downey Jr and Tommy Lee Jones were absolutely
hilarious.

How pointless is it? - if it had been a human being, it
would've been Kilroy

i kinda liked gus van sant's psycho.

i wouldn't say it was pointless. it was like a cover of a
great song. kind of a tribute. but, then, why cover a great
movie? so yeah i guess it's was kinda pointless too. so
yeah. whatever. i kinda liked it anyway. so maybe the
point was to make a movie that some of us would kinda like.
so if that was the point, than they achieved their
objective. because, like i said, i kinda liked it. but
that's not to say i liked it better than the original which
i like much more. but i don't think the point was to
improve on the original because if it was, than it missed
the point. and Vince Vaughn masturbates in it. that was
kinda funny. maybe that was the point. but i kinda doubt
it.

Beside it being very comedic since it's so ridiculous....my
vote goes for "G.I. Bro."
