i guess it'd be pretty neat to be stranded with one of the
xltronic ladies, but she'd prolly end up dumping me and
going asexual or something. then i'd have to make friends
with a monkey, or a wild boar, or something. and, ferment
coconuts to make some sort of liquor, then we'd make a bar
out of bamboo and palm leaves, and get drunk and i'd pretend
the monkey could understand my problems and we'd have a good
cry together. meanwhile the girl would prolly be off
writing in her diary about what a loser i am, all talkin'
about the way i snore and don't take enough baths. then
when we finally get rescued she'd publish her diary and i
would be the laughing stock of the world. she'd be all
popular running around with moviestars and musicians, and i
would've fallen behind in my website making skills so i'd
have to take up a job as a nightwatchman, or a janitor.

so, i guess i'd just take jedi chris and eat him.

I don't actually have a laptop myself though. But
i'll happily buy one. If we're gonna be stuck in that place
for the rest of our lives i don't need money anyway!

I wondered how long it would take for Sanrio Smuckles to
show up as an avatar... you still having fun with FVWM2? If
you wanna be real retro you have to use it with TKDesk.

oh yeah, fvwm2 is kickin' my desktop straight in it's
trousers. i've got the theme engine up and running.
currently i'm rockin' the osx theme.

i'll have to look into tkDesk, right now i'm still using
konqueror.

but KDE 3.x is looking pretty swell. if they'd improve the
way it handles multiple desktops i'd prolly go back to it.
