I write with tears in my eyes. I'm sobbing softly, helplessly. Non of this is because of things that happened, but the things that didn't happen. before, much before. last night, after a day of sailing, buying CDs (she picked some good ones), goofing around, she waltzed into my bed half dressed, half undressed, much like old times, and we talked. Not so much in absolute terms, not so much in finite principles, but more of all that could have been. We didn't break up, and I'm still very much in love with her, but she said plainly things had gone too fast and gotten too serious. None of this is negative, I like honesty, but it all came out so coldly. We talked though, and I explained that compromise was needed, and wasn't evil. She agreed with the means, but the end was undecided. We awoke at 6am, for she needed to go to work, and has a long drive ahead of her. I made her breakfast, and she said she'd had the best day ever with me. I said stupid things, asking if this would work out if we tried, and she, poised to give it a go, looked at me, and held me. We kissed softly by her car, the cool morning air bearing all our burden. She got in, I walked to a place to watch it all go on. Smiling, hold back tears, I waved. She motioned me over, sappy love songs already from the car, and she pointed to the stero, all the way home she said. One last kiss, one more everything, and sshe went off. Sad, perfect, tired, wonderful, lonely, worth it......... I walked back to where I now sit, the tears rolling down my pale unshaven face unlike any time in recent memory. The tears have dried now, and the fight for me to be the best thing she needs has just begun. There is promise, for this, but I think this is the last promise, failure would not breed another chance. If she isn't the right girl for me, someone remarkably like her is. I'll do everything, to never ever find out......... |

When some control freak bitch says this (and they're the only ones who do), if she will not immediately and specifically answer the question, "About what, exactly?", tell her to fuck off and not bother coming over. Cunts do this for that very reason - to make you sweat. They are drama queens who will relate the event to their inner circle of friends as, "So I told had to talk, and so I went over there and of course he didn't have a *clue* there was something wrong in our relationship...blah blah fucking blah... so I broke up with him and he cried." that's almost verbatim my situation, I'm just 2 years into college. Six months of dating, everything perfect, calm and good. She is 2 hours away, and my her heart feels farther. Out of high school is harder I think, but lots of honesty man, pour on the honest, and have her do the same. |

well, i told him it was getting too serious and that i wanted to take a step back.. etc etc... but to tell you the truth, if it was someone i was deeply still into i would of loved the seriousness of it. i wasn't into him anymore and being that close suffercated me. a few hours after telling him .. i ended it. |
