1. Write list of things to do.

Example -

a) get a haircut
b) get a job
c) bake some cakes
d) talk to lard
e) write list of things to do

continue this for ever

in the end the list will include one item only,

e)write list

how? surely you could talk to lard for as long as you

Yes - you will die before completing the list! You, as an
individual CANNOT continue the list forever, because humans
don't last forever - we're a bad design if you ask me?

Can I get a refund???

Besides why would you want to talk to lard?

Very strange !! :)

Modified list:

a) clean new bike
b) whisper to lard
c) create a robot that writes lists and responds to lists by
writing lists about lists, telling himself to write lists,
with writing lists as the only topic on the list of lists.
d) use super conductors to power robot to allow for infinite
life span

ahhhh- get it now-but surely infinity ceases when you die?
ie you would no longer be funtionally to appreciate the
concept of infinity.

Thundercats eh?? But once you are dead - you can't take the
list to complete it though can you?

that's the same as the sound of the falling tree that no one
hears...

so does that list theory prove infinity?

Investigating whether or not a falling tree makes a noise
could would probably be on the list as a seperate issue ;)

Generations and generations of people could continue adding
stuff to the list, you we as individuals could only write so
much, as our lifespans are not infinate!

what about drawing a circumference? Or this:
1,2 between 1 and 2 are a infinite number of numbers so are
the points of a circumference.

Matter in the form of a robot or any object that you could
conceive of is not infintite in life span.

eventually the sun will use up all it's fuel and explode
before shrinking again, killing the robot... if the robot
moved to another solar system, eventually the universe will
collapse, killing the robot. eventually time won't exist...
because there will be no way for matter to perform actions
with any significance since it'll be so tightly packed in
one area or something.

on this matter!
