Thank god its not on myspace.
This is excellent; you know what you're doing. It's delightful like eating boogers. Simply lower the pitch of everything with audacity (speed + pitch as normal I mean) and it'll sound more realistic/phatter I reckon.

I played it in audacity at 25% slower pitch/speed. That's too slow I think. 10% sounds good but I like the current speed/pitch best. Also increasing the 'attack' on the sounds might make it 'phatter' (meaning take away any silence at the beginning of samples). Though I like it as is myself.

It was good. But I think it sounds a little generic. Maybe it could do with a better melody on top of all the echoy guitar thing, i don't know. Good job.

the best part of the previous was the held note of
baa baa baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
and this new stuff masked that best part imo.

Yeah, the original was better.
But to me it still sort of sounds generic. It's still very good though.
About the melody. I had more in mind rather than the accenting of each chord change, which seems to be what you added maybe. I was thinking of something more catchy that really didn't bend to the will of the chords so much. A melody that created a sort of conterpoint to the chords I suppose.
But if you like it the way it is, then keep it that way.
