Im into the oldschool vibe of Dubstep that has more in common with 2 step/uk garage then King Tubby. The slow ass sleeping pills of today bores me out 3 tracks into the mix. I have some good mixes with oldschool dirty stuff but no tracklists so im clueless. Heres an example of the sound i mean badboy sound!! horsepower, j da flex, el-b, oris jay / darqwan = drums of awesome. toasty’s great at the steppier stuff too, hell science dept, some of skream and hijak’s dubs sound like wonky bassline house... i like these lot better than most of the straight-up halfstep plod as well :) |
