... What, ruined a classic film and turned it into a shitty
American franchise?

I have been told specifically NOT to see this because it's
so graphic and so intense. And that it would freak me
out... hahaa....

Dark theatres and scary movies.... YIKES!

i also was not looking forward to this film, i thought it
was going to be utter shit.

i went along on Wednesday to see it with a mate because he
could get us in for free.

i was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

only thing that annoyed me was the fact that they used
that piece of music again...

but other than that.....it's worth buying when it comes out,
for sure

i second what marlowe said, you can always separate the mice
from the men by revealing what alien movie you liked better.
Aliens = mic.

Alien was done in 79 right? I love the look of the white
computers in Alien. 70's sci fi had the best looking
computers.

for the record i much prefer alien than aliens, what i meant
was much for action, violence and gore, but anyway thats a
different topic

This movie was shit.

There was good camera work for about 30% of the movie, some
really awesome shots & concepts...

the rest of the camera work was a halfassed atempt at a Tony
Scott film.

There are parts that really make no sense at all (I.E. the
quarantine procedures and the pointless attack on the city)

All of that said it will be a better sequel if they make it
up ina third film.

Oh and they decided to rip the intro and outro sequence
style of Children of men.
