[SPAM] Old Marlene Dietrich Song

I needed some relaxing music, so I programmed in "Falling
In Love Again" and it sounds very pleasant and relaxing. The
descending riff especially is very beautiful... such a
glorious song.

Anyway just stick it on in the background and let its gentle
tones soothe you.

Falling

you make the main melody, chords or drums first? I'll never
have the slightest grasp on it.

hi mr perceptive. I programmed the chord progression, then
the melody, then the strings, then the percussion, then the
melody doubling, then the bass :)

me likes me likes...sounds like something on the score one
these recent retro modernist movies i dig..like Punch Drunk
Love or one of Wes Anderson Flicks or a Michel Gondry
ones...nintendo geriatric elevator music is a pretty good
description...gawd arent you scared of gettin old.... I
battle the blues by getting louder and louder and weirder
and weirder...

it is better with original, german lyrics.

thanks guys, I hope it brought some pleasure

I'm sure the German lyrics mean more to German speakers, but
the wonderful wistfulness of : "falling in love again /
never wanted to / what am I to do? / I can't help it,"
floating downwards on the descending riff is chilling for me
:)

Sweet track... indeed very reminiscent of the underwater
super mario levels.

I was hoping for a little progression around the halfway
point... but you know what? It dosen't even matter, the
track is very listenable for 4:30 without feeling
"repititive." Good job.

Thanks man - yeah, it's just one thing looped 7 more times
:) I just wanted that sequence and thought it was lovely
enough to stand up by itself without needing anything
else... just floating gently on repeating.. thanks for the
listen homez!

Man, that was gonna be my comment exactly. Not only the
gentle bobbing rhythms but the chord changes are very Mario
3 world 3- ish.

Good work, as usual. :)

What a great collection of tracks. I've been enjoying these
all morning. They belong in a mid 90s rpg. Would fit so
perfectly.

Since Falling, Song for Robin, and CuntCollapseSequence
weren't in this collection, I'm going to consider them bonus
tracks.

From my feet to my head
I am made to love
This is my whole world
And nothing else matters

Under Stars

Again, the one extended loop - I think it quite nice, warm &
slightly melancholy but not morbid :)
