I need to play Dracula X: Rondo of Blood. I think it's for
the PC Engine, the Turbografix 16 CD system. I really need
to play this game... so, in a pathetic call for help, maybe
there's a small chance that someone on this board has the
rom for this game. I want it EMULATED, and the rom is nigh
impossible to find. It was only released in Japan, and it
would change my life to play this beautiful game.

Also, any web sites, FTPs, personal pages, things like that,
etc, that have N64 roms on them? Or Gameboy Advance. Using
Morpheus and file sharing crap doesn't work well enough, I
can barely find anything. I've seen a couple awesome web
pages with lots of roms for these systems, but they're few
and far between (for obvious reasons).

Oh my god; your name is Ophecks! For some reason, I'd
always (mis)read it as "Orphecks"!

It will take me days to recover from this disillusionment.

I like the way your picture has the same look of
'disillusionment' on it!

;-)

Yeah, people have called me Orphecks a lot... and also
Opchecks, which I HATE!

And yeah... I am really on a video game binge lately, I've
got all my college work done and have no worries! So I want
to play some fucking games! I've wanted this one for years.
Whoever helps me will be a rich man. Rondo of Blood, come to
Ophecks...

about to die... have you given thought of a song that your
mom can play at your funeral?

I have lots of cool songs in mind. I almost WANT to die,
just so I can enjoy watching my own funeral. But my mommy
wouldn't approve of these tracks.

2D Castlevania for PS2, that would make me blow my load! 2D
games are works of art if they're done right. Circle of the
Moon for Gameboy Advance is incredible, I just started it
the other day. Just as good as Symphony of the Night.

wow, i really would like a GBA so i can play a few of those
great games on that system.

J198, i got my logo from firteen.com , its ran by a guy on
this board named aneurysm.

By the way,,,Im glad you like it!

Circle of the oon is ok but i like castlevania 2 for the old
gameboy better. The music is amazing, and its actually quite
scary sometimes, well at least to me it is..

Yeah, 2d games ARE works of art. It takes so much
creativity to make them work, but i just adore older games
to newer ones.

Just get a Gameboy Advance emulator. I've got all kinds of
GBA roms, it's an easy system to emulate. I've never touched
a GBA, I'm playing Circle of the Moon on computer.

http://www.geocities.com/zhenghan_86/downloads.html

Got this particular site off these boards, actually... lots
of cool roms and emulators. Wish I could find more badass
pages like that one. VisualBoy Advance is perfect, exactly
like the real thing.

Can't remember where I got the GBA Castlevania... off
Soulseek or Morpheus or Kazaa... it's well worth hunting
down.

Circle of the Oon? i think not.. that was posed to be Moon
of course. I like that game, but in my opinion castlevania 2
for the old gameboy is better. It also has excellent music
and can be quite creepy!

The GBA is a great system, but i was rather disappointed in
nintendo for releasing the it not long after the gameboy
color. Like many others, i just had to buy the color system,
gameboy color games and all that and then a while later this
even better gadget appears... nintendo bad (only for that
mistake).

scratch that 'the' in line 6 (dont count the space)

*sigh* damn sundays...

and yeah, of course you can download everything, but playing
those games on a computer just doesnt do it for me. Still
its good to find out if a game is worth buying tho..

Hmm... I take it you're talking about the Richard Pryor
picture, which is strange, because even though I've
re-uploaded it I'm still seeing the woman in a pink hat.

Jesus, this topic is nice and all, but I'm still sitting
here shaking and convulsing in my room waiting for some
help! Some RONDO OF BLOOD! It's supposed to be the best
Castlevania of them all, better than Symphony. I'll may just
give in and check Ebay for the REAL game and system.
Probably cost a fucking fortune, though... arg. So rare...

As for emulation on computers, I hear that complaint all the
time, that it's not the same... I see where you're coming
from, but frankly, I don't think like that. I can enjoy an
emulator just as much as the original thing, just as I can
enjoy an MP3 just as much as a CD. But I guess I'm just a
evil bastard that likes to get free stuff, eh? ;-)

looking around the world in which we live and... shutting
your fucking mouth."
