The "children's TV" intro from the Norwegian state broadcasting
corporation, early eighties. Looks a bit creepy today.

I think it was much later than early 80s, but very cool.

Could someone tell me why this is BoC-esque?

In terms that you could "get your fucking head round"?
Probably not, no.

Good one!

I always liked the Pinwheel theme/intro.. used to watch it on
Nickelodeon as a little kid.. in reruns I assume,
considering I most likely wasn't alive when it was made.

The combination of childlike, playful and the sinister
impression, and the melody itself.

I didn't think that there was anything remotely BOCish about
that music, besides the simple scales and the fact that the
sounds were synthesized.

it's nice, but its not bocish at all.

great tune. amazing flashback.

It's the sort of thing I think would appeal to BOC, it makes
me think of BOC and the warped memories, both real and
illusionary, that their music evokes. I don't think it bears
close inspection where you say "Hey, those chord
progressions, and lack of crunchy, distressed Hip Hop Beats,
and not even a whiff of backwards voices soliciting you to
join a cult means this IS NOT BOC". We all know what dear
little Sclah means.
