Ok, so obviously everything started with Deathprod's "Imaginary Songs From Tristan Da Cunha" CD, which I love. Accidently I wisited the website of this small community of 272 people of Tristan Da Cunha volcano island and I started to think of going there. You should read about it, all these pictures and people there are like from Kubrick's "The Shining". hmmm... |

this is one of the reasons why i love google earth. zooming in on remote places and almost being able to feel like you live there. |

the poor bloke died only recently. the resolution in google earth is pretty crap, btw. and that's quite an understatement. there's much more to see at st. helena. another hell-hole further north. |
