Whenever there is ever any new people at my house i make sure i play the come to daddy or windowlicker video, just so they know that im weird. And then this other time when i was first geting into aphex, me and my buddy went on a double date and i blasted come to daddy and our dates thought we were creepy. |

JOB: that's exactly right. after i converted my best friend he said that's why he didn't initially like him cuz he couldn't perdict the beat. now he says he likes it for that same exact reason. D-Hex: it happened to be luck that i found the windowlicker video right when it came out i had just moved to a different area to start a new job and what's the first thing i do when i get invited to a party, "hey guys you gotta watch this video!" and so like you said everybody knows i'm wierd and their cool with it. The_Funkmaster: you are brave sir i wouldn't dare put on aphex for a date but then again i ain't that bright either. i took this chick who was model material out to see ATR, lol. and i made her listen to both albums on the way to the show. she walked out in the middle of the set and i thought maybe i should go after her but then i thought maybe ATR will never come to california again. looking back on it now i made the right descision to stay and watch the rest of ATR's set. |
