So at the risk of people booing me. I'm just throwing this info out there.
I usually check out a music torrent tracker (indietorrents.com) now and again. lo-and-behold tonight someone put up 'play by numbers'.
so of course i checked it out. so, yada yada... the first three tracks were from the old tunes sets and 'wouldn't you like to be free' didn't match up, it wasn't the clip from the old site. most of the track times came close, but still didn't match up.
the last two tracks though i haven't heard anywhere, well except the very last one. the supposed 'echelon'. this track i have heard, on the oldest skam website i can remember, in the picography section in about 1999. soon after, it was taken down. the copy of the track here is quality and sounds as if its been taken from a CD, not a website or a tape. the track listed as 'numerator', on this 'play by numbers', i've never heard before, but it matches the quality of the recording, equipment, and style of the other old tunes tracks.
so ya, i'm confused. and people are going to maybe ask for samples, but i don't have a way of putting them up. but maybe i could email them to someone who could.

I think I've found the same torrent and it's just a bunch of old tunes bunched together:
Remmy Kid - > Old Tunes Vol.2 - Fly In The Pool Wouldn't You like to be free -> Old Tunes Vol.2 - 21 - BMX Track
Infinite Lines of Colourful Sevens -> Old Times Vol.1 - 1x08 - Untitled
Numerator -> Old Tunes Vol.2 - 11 - David Came To Mahana'im Echelon -> Old Tunes Vo.2 - 01 - We've started Up

I've got one that starts with that and has 28 tracks. It has a couple of "old tunes" on it, but most of it I haven't heard anywhere else. Best thing they've ever done. I've read there's versions with more tracks but I trust this version.

Mappatazee - That's the opening to Old Tunes Vol.1 Dog_Belch - There was a version of A Few Old Tunes that I saw on Soulseek that had only 28 tracks (and I think started with that but I can't be sure), but mine has the correct 30 tracks.
In total there's 30 tracks on A Few Old Tunes, 35 on Old Tunes Vol.1, and 36 on Old Tunes Vol.2
