Talk as little as possible about anything else because they
may twist your innocent story into something entirely
different to try to stab you in the back

I do trust my co-workers. Well, seeing as I am their
supervisor, they work best when they feel I trust them. As
soon as you give your employees something to feel like they
distrust you, they start trying to get away with stuff they
shouldn't.

I have a new job lined up soon. I will be much happier, even
though its going to be extremely stressfull.

Its good advice to talk as little as possible about yourself
to people you work with. Where I work, I know way too much
about everyone there and I never even ask. People just start
talking about themselves or other people. You tell someone
something at the start of your shift and it boomerangs back
at you via someone else by lunchtime.

I don't trust co-workers, only friends. If a co-worker
becomes my friend, then I'll trust him or her. I only trust
friends and family...
