Their first album is quite extraordinary, with a few amazing moments. Those guys might get BIG in the future with their retro/futuristic approach and a great dose of humour. Recently they've promised me another/new album coming "soon" so there's some hope for those who've known them anyhow so far. |

its good to see some actual song writers breathing new life into synth pop. (this and hot chip are in a similar vein, even tho at first listen im still adoring hot chip more) thatne: think (pre-pocket symphony :_( ) air but a bit cuter and prettier. |

ok after more listening, make that cute air with more headbobbing basslines. and more of a rock n roll "attitude", whatever that means. damnit, the more i listen, the less like air it is, but i refuse to abandon my analogy. mixed double sounds like it could be a b-side from gorillaz' demon days. |
