I'm a big fan of the far side comics.

For my own personal webpage i'd like to have a random far side
strip appear in the middle, instead of that silly smiley
face.

so.

does anyone know of a site that generates random far side
strips?

or does anyone here have all the far sides in individual
.jpgs or whatever?

I have all the Calvin + Hobbes comic books in a digital
format. Just as good!

yup, me too, under http://frank/doc/ch :)

the far side ones would fit far better on that screen
though..

and i find it far funnier nowadays. i used to love c&h but i
think it's a bit too childish now :(

You know, ever since I started working in an office more, I
have really begun to understand dilbert.

Far sides are awesome. I have the three big compilation
books. A while ago, I had a .avi (forget where I DLed it)
that had every one as a seperate frame of the video. Don't
know if you could find that and use a utility to extract
each frame as a .jpg?

that avi would be perfect.

what i'm working with are PDF files. i've managed to get
somewhere... one of them was giving me trouble (can't export
pictures, they're not jpeg), so i convert to Rich text, and
then convert back to pdf (it said it'd save the pictures as
JPEG).. now when i open this new PDF, there's no export
pictures button! :)

sorry, bit of a long winded rant there but i had to let it
out
