I really didn't like this. The bell keyboard and synth it starts off with sound really generic. I would definitely add some sort of envelope or EQ or distortion or something to both of them. And the bell sound melody needs some variation.
The cutting that comes in around 1/3rd of the way through improves the sound. The beat though.. it has no significance. It's just filler. You could probably randomize the beat and you'd barely even notice a change in the overall sound of the song, because it's already vague. I guess try to throw in some pauses in the percussion to make the sections more distinctive. I think also the problem is that the snare is used too often and quickly within the same bar, and that it's too quiet. So it just blends together, and my attention is naturally drawn away from it, because nothing actually seems to be happening with it. The hi hat on the left channel, it too is used too chaotically. Think of this way: could you possibly beat box the percussion? And if you did, would it sound decent? If not, then your percussion is probably too chaotic, or not as distinct as it should be.
The ventolin sample is, as someone else said, used well. And towards the end the song actually is much better than where it started off. There's much room for improvement though.

Woah I didn't realize people could actually like it. Thanks for the comments.
It was barely another ableton live test for beat repeat effect, made in about 2 hours while I was trying to figure out things.
Since people think it's semi-worthwhile, I'll keep it around for improvement when I'm less busy with school.
Special thanks to sirmailbox, for detailed feedback! <3
