"taper powell"

Now i only await the word of zero-cool: is it alphabeat?
progressive alphabeat?

I got a belt on that's holding up my pants, and the pants
have belt loops that hold up the belt. What's going on here?
Who is the real hero?

yes yes, alphabeat must use real drum kit, or otherwise
state that its an obvious drum machine.

fuck me cygnus, this alphabeat kicks the shit out of
anything i've heard before, what are the samples may i ask?
like the "who is this guy, is he some kind of friend of
yours?"

"or otherwise state that its an obvious drum machine"

you mean it can contain electronic drums but it must be
obvious that its a drum machine? i dont understand

so an alphabeat must only have a detune'ish ,
super-repetitive bassline, and a humorous/contemplative
funky mallety lead?

i dont know what the samples are from i got 2 dvd's from a
friend last year with a ridiculous number of sounds and i
still aint heard all of them. please substantiate that i am
a certified alphabeat producer, and a dossier of career
options if you would also!

let's fucking get more dudes on alphabeat and release a

"who is this guy, is he some kind of friend of
yours?"
what??

some one must be hacking the xlt board, cause i could hear
that sound when i listened to your song, and when i had no
music playing.

okay what i mean by state that the drums are electronic,
are, like if your using drum-machine samples, you have to
make clear , either in the song title that the song is a
reference to drum machines, like in the amen andrews v.s.
spac hand luke lp, a song is named "machine drum", and so
yuo know its going to be a drum machine, and the awareness
that your stateing you've specifically used electronic drums
is more fun or like a novelty.
but predominantly it is prefered if realistic drums are
used, either way.

i guess there are no real rules, but yeah because AlphaBeat
uses the Term Alpha, you can assume, or i do, that its
going to contain those sort of childish instruments, like
mallets/xylophones/woodblocks/mellotrons/flutes/electric
organs/lute? etc and not exaclty heavy distorsion electric
guitars

but basically AlphaBeat is what you consider Alphabeat would
sound like, and i think you've done a fantastic job as
expressing your perception on the phrase Alphabeat.

This is cool. That first melody tied it together nice and
the changes to the more complex drums were good too.

practices in that area zerocool
