dude i am sorry to hear that. i have not been to the dentist in over two years, and am absolutely dreading what they will find. i brush & rinse w/ mouthwash everyday but the flossing i fall back on. not going to be fun. good luck to you man. |

Appearantly it's the worst. I'll suck it up though. The only thing I really dread is having to be awake the whole time.....booooorrrrrring and tedious to sit through. If I was knocked out it would be over much faster. Or so it would seem. They will completely numb it though. I just don't want to be awake to notice them working in my mouth. Grosssss. |

yeah it's because of not flossing... wtf? i've never flossed in my life and my teef are fine, and certainly not in need of a root canal :/ my commiserations, swift_jams, they're meant to be painful as fuck. |

Yeah root canals are nothing. Just keep your gaze on the obligatory attractive dentists assistant and its all good. Or if you were like me, lose complete control over your mouth and begin to drool like a retard. |

There does seem to be a rather large amount of attention seeking going on by a certain member...a couple of the stories have really illogical holes in them. I cannot say with certainty that they are fabrications but I have my suspicions. |

I had one last year, and it wasn't that bad really. Wasn't exactly pleasant, but the drilling bit is worse. I tried to imagine I was listening to a Merzbow track and that actually worked. |
