Aloha, I'm selling my Pro Studio, Books, and Gear.
Including PC, Nord, Turntables, Korg, Clothes. I've been
accepted as a deciple to a reincarnate guru, and will be
living a monastic life with vows.

Marlowe, to answer you question;

I worked for nintendo of america in Redmon, WA for the
holliday rush almost 5 years ago. :P

I finished my term with the USAF eairly, (stationed in
tokyo) and wish NO-ONE join the millitary. AT ALL. May ALL
sentient beings relieze how easy it is to walk away from the
suffering of war, and engage themselves in the noble 6
parimitas. Begining with "no killing."

Became a Bio-dynamic/Permaculture "free-range yogi" on the
island of Maui, HI for the last year; this is where i met my
guru: Yu Tian Jian (Chinese).

The Quote from above in my pervious remark is from Daruma
(BodhiDharma in some circles) when he was in audience with
the emperor of China and the emperor asked Daruma if the
emperor had aqumulated any holly merit from his vast virtous
deeds.

I'd like to point out an execellent source in North American
Vajrayana (Tantrayana).

http://www.nalandawest.org/index.htm

The seventh Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche's the primary
architect. Him and his guru's teachings can be found here.
NalandaWest is a KarmaKagyu lineage school.

Similar to Whitneys plight.

so you're taking refuge in the three jewels?

MASSIVE move, dude.

If it's not to instrusive to ask (which I guess it is, but
i'll ask anyway), what is your daily practice now and what
will it be as a monk?

Three quarters of monks (in general, not neccesarily your
order) give up and leave their order in the first two years.
I hope this is something you really want and stick at.

My elder brother was a buddhist monk for a while, until his
friends slipped him some Acid and sprung him.

Seriously?! That's nuts. Is he still a buddhist? I remember
reading an interesting article on how a lot of people who
tried to be monks for a while (at the time intending to do
it for the rest of their lives) left after a few months, but
the vast majority of them retained their faith.

Buddhism doesn't require faith in the same way as other
religions.

The question isn't intrusive at all. I've got abishekas
(initiation empowerments) to meditate on Green Tara's divine
form, abishekas for Ngon Dro; the preliminary practices. I'm
just a beginner, after all.

Ngon dro begins with 111,111 full length prostrations while
meditating on the vajrasattva
(http://www.prayer4peace.net/project.html), as my root Lama,
with an assembly of Yidams (buddhist deities), sangah,
dharma texts, and a rainfall of blessings. The unequalled
power of visualizations combined with prostrations, IMHO,
are an excellent way to purify and enter the vajra realm.

I am greatfull that the timing is right to renounce. In the
past few days I've given away everything else but these few
core items (books, and electronics, and even full custom PC
will be on ebay). Valuevillage has inherited the rest of my
belongings.

When i arrive at my first temple, i'm expected to pay my way
untill I pass certian "purifacations," and will be working
on a degree while I train. The U.S. govt. will pay up to
54,000 in colledge dues, however this is a rembursment. So
for the most part I need the flexability.

I did the whole "arrive in the middle of knowwhere with
nothing and noone" dance before. That was Maui. I flowed in
Mauitime for over a year making it as a farmer, with no
access to my past life (all in storage on the mainland).
This was deeply liberating. OmManiPadeHung!

kind of zoo and a big country house... damn, forgotten its
name!
