Not just a great song -- the whole album is awesome! If you
like the title-track (and who doesn't?), get the album.

God yeah, I can't decide what my favorite New Romantic song
ever is, this or Visage- Fade to Grey.

I haven't heard that album, but I have the song Dancing With
Tears in My Eyes on my ipod now. I love that song! :)

Guess I should check out this song Vienna. I'm kind of
obsessed with 80's pop! :P

Yeah, great album.
Check out Systems Of Romance (the album before Vienna) when they
had John Foxx instead of Midge Ure.
Those two albums AND Rage In Eden are classics.
Ha! Ha! Ha! is also very good but much more punk than
anything else.

Listen to Mr X! One of my all time fav tunes. It was
produced by Conny Plank who worked with Kraftwerk and the
like.

Yeah, Mr X and Vienna are great. It's a fantastic album. I'm
gunna have to blast it out tonight before I go out for New
Years.

One of the biggest crimes in pop history is that Vienna was
kept off being number 1 by Clive Dunn from Dad's Army
(corporal Jones -"Dont panic", I'm sure you know the
character)singing an awful novelty song called "Grandad".

I heard Clive Dunn is blind now, so nature has sorted things
out

Obsessed with 80s pop and oblivious to "Vienna". That's an
achievement..

Ugh, that song traumatised me when I was young and I think
it's just as horrible, if not more, today. Same goes for
Dancing with tears in my eyes. I was so happy when the 80's
were over.
But I don't mean to interrupt the bonding that's going on in
here, so party on!

i can't decide between Ultravox "vienna" and LFO "goodnight
vienna". i'll kindly ask \/\/ to make the first 2007 pool
about it.

[i'll vote LFO]
