What happened to this label? Used to release good music, but nothing since fall 2005? *Looking at Junktion and DirtyPriest*

Good question actually. I have no idea. Their golden streak is over i suppose. Future 3, opiate and Bjørn Svins work is brilliant, but the last Bjørn Svin thing was released under a different name, on a german label (as far as i remember). He's doing something new now, some industrial type thing as far as i know. He said to me, that he would like to put more albums out, so i'm looking forward to that.

Some of their early stuff is pretty boring (double muffled dolphin for example).

It's certainly the most influental electronic music record company in Denmark.

Have you checked out Jenka music? I like them a lot.

I had an Opiate-evening some days ago, and searched to see if he had released something this year, but nothing since 2003. Then I checked out April's website, but the last thing written was some promo for an album released in 2005.

Svinet has released some stuff under that alias this year LAZY_TITLE, but seem to focus on the Prinz Ezo-alias (at least on tour).

I'm gonna check out Jenka. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah. I only have "Narc beacon", but it's good, and i think that you might really really like it.

A friend played me "Mort aux vaches", but i didn't really like it. A bit too weird.

He's quite a character, and he has an interesting approach to music.

You might also find "Else marie pade" intersting. She's probably the first person to make electronic music in Denmark. She was captured by the nazis, and swore that she got out of it alive, she would dedicate her life to making music.

Theres an album "de 7 cirkler", with remixes of her tracks by for example Bjørn svin and Opiate (Thomas Knak)

Yeah. They are probably the yenka people i could imagine mortso liking as well.

Je mapelle Mads is very weird. I like him a lot actually, but it's very silly music, different from the other stuff.

I'm gonna try to get my hands on the Sofus Forsberg-records for sure. Maybe Karsten Pflum too. Je m'apelle Mads is...well don't know how to describe it. Interesting? Nah. Silly. Funny songtitles, though. But not the boys I would like to meet in a dark alley.
