while that may be true, I don't think it's what the party is hoping to legalize (as there is no hope). It's frustrating to hear the same thing from so many people. We think "little-boy-fucking" and the idea of tolerance becomes absurd because anything associated with little-boy-fucking becomes "NO." You see this sort of thing with abortion and that whole assisted suicide stuff. Because people associate assisted suicide with murder, it becomes wrong. Abortion, similarly, is associated with murder, but is also tied to the idea of sort of "punishing" irresponsibility. The problem is that laws easily ignore special cases; everything has to be catagorized and, as a result, all becomes black and white. There is no real judgement of separate instances, no real analysis of situations. It's just, for example: you fucked a 15 year old you go to jail. Now it's time for my argument to be ignored and the same shitty old logic to rear its annoying face |
