Didn't a couple of those techno guys design some sort of
futuristic car once? Not that it was built or anything.

dont know, but I wouldn't be surprised. I think UR might
have a few tanks stashed away somewhere - they'll probably
be equipped with the same sonic artillery that jimmy cauty
installed in his.

what is it with technoists and their tanks?

windows.

1st time (3 weeks ago)
prolly was a bum
took radar detector, work cell phone, all my cd-r's (umm,
??), my change thingy in my center console (musta been a
bum).
left my cdplayer, etc etc
left my work laptop etc in the trunk (thank god).

this time, same window, busted my dash/console up nice to
get to stereo, got that, left my work cell phone, cds in the
center console.

complete opposite of what happened before.

meh ... broken glass, yay.
the 1st time it wasn't bad because the window was tinted
(tint holds the glass together) so wasn't a huge mess

i didnt even get that window tinted again yet so ... glass
everywhere this time

yay!!!!!!
coulda been worse; coulda got shot

You should take your radio and stuff out of the car and put
in the boot, even if you're only leaving it for a few
minutes.

Great avatar elusive :)

swears: the boot couldnt be anymore "im a white person"
stereotype, id rather have my car broke into than have some
piece of shite metal on my car exterior.

Huh?

Boot is UK for trunk. You know, the bit at the back of the
car you can put things in. Where theives can't see.

ok, gotcha, lost in translation there

here in teh usa, the boot, is a thingy that people put on
their stearing (sp?) wheel so thier cars dont get jacked,
like a metal pad-lock.

even if you do put your crap in the trunk, most cars have a
trunk latch or its just as easy to shove a screwdriver into
the key hole and just pop it that way.

havent you learned by now. If you can't park close and in a
visiable spot. you might want to reconsider.... take the
extra 10 mins to drive or lurk around for a good parking
spot.

it's all about street parking and never about parking round
back..

yeah officer murphy aka robocop hailed from tha D sometime
in the future. soon, people. soon.

i grew up by where the detroit pistons play. id go to
detroit a lot for shows and pass through to get to ontario.
detroit is one fucked up city. it was pretty weird going to
windsor across the river to get wasted and going down to the
river park and looking at detroit knowing if you were all
wasted there youd be fucked.

At the 930 club in DC you have to park in the back lot which
is sealed off and gaurded. You also have to have a security
escort to the parking lot. This country is agro
