The Best XLT Vibes

I got 14 vibes of the 17 available for downloading @
xltronic.com so far (gonna DL the rest as soon as I can),
and that's very good to see the good work is still being
kept up and high quality tunes are being released for our
pleasure. So, what's the story behind the first vibes, where
are those people now who made it. etc.. ?
My favourite vibes is #4, it's always in my playlist when it
comes to good IDM stuff so I listen to it regularly.

The truth is they're all very good and have some special
features more or less.. Is each of them "dedicated" to
something in particular?

'XLTRONIC VIBES VOL. 6 [ouroboros] - compiled by evolume'
What is it about? Weird stuff..

the idea of vibes 6 is that each track is a remix of the
track that comes before it in the play order so the theory
is that you can listen to the whole thing on a loop and it
should just keep flowing into the next track. a now absent
XLT member Tibbar started it, but then he left XLT in a huff
and i picked up the pieces and finished the project. he
ended up mixing the final product to give it continuity.

that vibes also kind-of beat me down. now i realize what a
hassle it is to get a bunch of electronic musicians on 2 or
more continents to work together in any kind of time frame.
i have little or no desire to ever try that again.

Ok, now that i see the point, the concept of the 6th vibes
is really cool :) A snake that's eating its own tail. This
is why that stuff is so weird. Respect for the good work
evolume and all the artists!
