As a reward for 'Most Outstanding Production of Odd-Toed
Ungulates" in the month of august, this thread is presented
to horsefactory. Here we will list as many words that end in
"sps" that we can think of in order to satisfy this
factory's cravings for such words. PARTICIPATION IS
MANDATORY.

"crisps"- This adjective-turned-noun is usually used in the
plural form to describe various kinds of salty snack
treats... that are crisp (see picture). The Society
of Crisps was founded in 1942 with the goal of tapping into
the entire humorous potential of this word, which was only
measured to be at 57.4% in january of this year.
Horsefactory claimed, in a recent interview, that the
key to his success in horse production is a diet full
of crisps, however noted that by this he meant apples which
are also crisp. It is still unknown as to whether he meant
this diet was for the horses or himself.

"wasps"- Similar to "crisps", pronouncing this word sounds
like you are about to say something that starts with "wa",
then suddenly interrupt yourself with some cymbol-sounding
beat boxing. "wa SSS PSSS, wa SSS PSSS, boom boom chica
ba-dum, ba- da SSS PS-SS". When it was discovered that wasps
are only angry because their name is hard to pronounce, 2
scientists from Canada gathered a group of bears and sharks
and said to them "You are now known as bearsps and
sharksps!" Other than their remains, this is all the
information that could be gathered from their badly shreded
journal.

"bats"- This word is still being investigated. There is
heated debate whether the word truly ends with "sps".
"Wasps, bats, crisps, bats... they sound the same to me"
said one exhausted researcher. An exciting new technique to
test these words similarity is to measure the time it takes
each to echo.

Here's a question; in the rare times that you log in, do you
always see me logged in at the top of the 'now online' list.
That is depressing.
