I heard a few clips from this guy on Boomkat, sounded good
but its just not enough for me to buy yet.

I heard he's worked in the Gescom project and with Bola
has anyone else checked this guy out?

trying to find more clips fom his release on SCSI

and while we're on this subject
any artists similar in style to:
AUTECHRE
GESCOM
BOLA
TEAM (Dubai? cannot remember how to spell it)

I've heard the Smak and ATP-track, but don't really remember
how it sounded. I will check the Tracktitle-album out. If
you like Ae/Gescom/Bola/Team Doyobi, I guess you should
check out other Skam-stuff. What about this? My
favs are Quinoline Yellow, Nachtsmeer and Frank & Bill. And
also check out Mr. 76ix

thanx for the replies,

Im kind of on a tight budget recently so I am second
guessingg all purchases. I'm pissed that SKAM is on BLEEP
but dosnt have SMAK on it. I'm checkin out some of the Merk
artists and also getting into some Detroit stuff like
Sevenark from the Neo Ouijja records. However I can only
listen to the samples for now until I get ticket money to
visit my mum in Australia again. I've already Budgeted for
Milanese Extend and Clark Body Riddle.

I like alot of what I am hearing from Skam.
There is one thing that really bothers me tho when I listen
to this style music and that is when it takes like 2-3 min
of ambient/ silence/ extremely minimal sounds before the
song comes in, but then the beats arent really that
interesting
Bola does that quite often, dont get me wrong I like Bola
and Autechre but that type of song is near unlistenable to
me. It isnt the ADD or maybe it is but I just get too bored
to continue the track before the track even really
starts...
anyone else have that sort of problem?

skam just has excellent songs, as do rephlex.com and some of
warp

plus skam does brail on thier covers, and sometimes the
brail is wrong, for fun-knee or not

thanx all for the comments. sometimes on this site you can
seriously need some answers and your post will go unnoticed
because it isnt meaningless bullshit and random insults and
bashing.
