Im feeling very nauseous the past few days.
The weather is heating up into the mid 90's to lower 100's.
Even though I just cranked the air conditioner down
to 70 degrees. It still sucks.
Drinking plenty of fluids so get off my back about that.
Its humid out there, so it does feel a little better in
here.

So shy of death, what is a working man supposed to do ?

It's hot here (near Liverpool) but with a nice cool breeze.

I think I'll go for a run by the posh houses up the road
