everything has fucked up on my computer since i reinstalled
windows and service pack 2. my mp3 player now won't be
detected. basically all my usb ports are fucked for some
reason. loads of websites don't work now. it's shit

microsoft have probably secretly added a filtering program

windows is so inconsistent it, makes me very angry
sometimes. i guess that comes with the territory of having
millions of different possible hardware and software
configurations, though- they're not all going to work the
same all the time. that's why i've never reinstalled windows
because i'm afraid that i will somehow make everything
totally fucked afterward. i'm just careful not to make it so
fucked in the first place so that i don't need to reinstall
it.
