i'm not overly dependant on any one song that i can think of
right now. but...

my current "life tunes", which i play incessantly, are
stereolab's "'au grand jour" and "wow and flutter". they
make feel all warm inside. these songs, aswell as most of
stereolab's music, seem to fit my state of mind perfectly. .
.

aha's "take on me" sort of does it for me too.
