They're in spc format, not mp3, but I know you can get plugins for Winamp and Foobar and probably most other players.

SMC's are incredibly easy to find these days... you can rip these to mp3s if you want, it's perfect quality. If you can't find a converter, you can use soundforge, cooledit or audacity or any other sound edit soft to record the playback as wave.
Anyway, these days nobody should be unable to find game music, it's out there.
