i checked this out a few weeks ago, actually. this was my
actual reaction to hearing the soundclips of Gareth Clarke:

"this is just distasteful! i mean the sound of it is just
rancid. it's like a fourth-rate squeaky-twatmm version of
squarepusher or something... it was actually quite
unpleasant to hear these sounds."

gareth clarke's album on sublight is the only good thing to
come out of sublight in recent memory. amazing stuff.
