So i got the beautiful and simple (any very cheaply
constructed cardboard cased) Chosen Lords cd in the other
day, and the mastering of the tracts sounds so so so much
better than the 11 vinyl versions of the same tracks.

So all im asking is that Rephlex/Warp get together and
release all the tracks on 2-3 cds for the general public to
buy. Yes again after the 11 vinyls and yes again after the
Chosen Lords cd, I just want more.

--if I would have gotten the Chosen Lord slidder package, i
might have smashed it, and just kept the cd
Thanks, thad

no poster yet

i don't want to open it

casing is pretty cheap (cardboard)

looks kinda, meh, next to the hafler cds

so most of you want a cheap looking plastic case with a
picture of leather on the front made from paper("or
plastic), or do you want a real REAL material in which is
cardboard

the real of course, not the promo one (but it would be nice
to have as a promo item) but the cardboard isnt just
cardboard, its like 1/2 of what a digi-pack cardboard would
be, but its thinner and not as strong w/no plastic casing
around it.

And nothing is written on the spine either, better or worse

Qrter>"i am NOT people" ep is still in the process, loop
and/or time issues.

that's just absurd. why did they even bother releasing it
on cd?

they could have sold the mp3's online and told people to
write CHOSEN LORDS on a brown paper bag for their cdrs.

it's just sad that "their way" is almost indistinguishable
from "not giving a shit"

"this" "not giving a shit" release to me, is just the
opposite, like i said im very happy with it. You could have
gone down to record store "A" and seen the packaging, and
not bought it cause of the packaging. Or like in other
releases (austrailian singles and such) the cd might have
just came in a cardboard sleeve, the type that promos often
come in

This may not be a typical release that your used to.

Why all the hate all the time people ???

Its in the music (not the packaging)

r40f> not to jump ship so quick, but i bought all 3 Melvins
trilogies, their packaging for the cd, is pretty dam minimal
in my eyes....better or worse

hey man, i'm not trying to pick a fight. i'm quite
disappointed because i was looking forward to buying this
cd. i can appreciate minimal art - i love the packaging of
the HAB reissue. this just sounds flimsy and like an
afterthought. i don't want to pay $17 for something that
looks like a promo - that's disappointing to me.

a tad dissapointing i suppose, the release + poster, skinned
me about $22.00, from Europe and all. the thing is it isnt
even the promo (i suppose worth more than $17.00)

You should be able to pick it up at a distributer here in
the states for

it is rather sex, but after one day of gentle use, the
cardboard sides are starting to open, the pressure fold and
some of the glue is starting to give-way :(

I might have to make my own The Chosen Lords cd case.

Poster note: warp said that they received the posters
w/scuffs on the edges before they had them in their control.

Every word I said is what I mean
Every word I said is what I mean
Everything I gave is what I need
Virgin eyes and dirty looks
On what I have and why I took
Counting all the hands I shook
Now I know why you've been shaking
Now I know why you've been shaking
So bleed your heart out
There's no more rides for free
Bleed your heart out
I said what's in it for me

just to bring some seriousness back to this thread,

i would like to have the collection on CD. actually i'd like
all the vinyl set, but i don't think i could afford it!

i LOVE Fenix Funk 5 and PWSteal.Ldpinch.D

i think that last track is the first disco style track i've
heard by RDJ (at least i think it sounds disco, and it
sounds great)

I've written a song for the occasion.

Lose yourself in the Analord trance
Lose yourself in the Analord trance

Analord - What does it mean?
Analord - Too many singles for me.

Lose yourself in the Analord trance
It's a series of 11 singles designed to make you dance
(Robot voice: "12 if you include the picture disc")

Acid Trance Electro Techno
Mambo Samba Dubstep Skiffle
It's all in here

Analogue drumbox vintage machines
Some of which don't even have screens
It's all in here

Rap section:I've bought Fenix Funk three times now,
mind you, I've a lot of Aphex stuff on multiple formats, how
many times have I had to but Analogue Bubblebath 3 for
instance, not to mention Caustic Window, fucking hell, no
wonder he's Rich....
