what do you chappies make of him?? saw him with / as
british murder boys w/regis after aphex at seone and was
converted really... really love klonk and la real by surgeon
and father loves us by BMB. ... i dunno i think he makes the
best dancefloor techno these days... mmmmmmmm and the fact
that at least to my ears there aint much x0x shit going on
affords him a pretty unique sound.

he was playing here not too long ago, but i decided to see
dmx crew instead which was a bad decision i reckon, although
i heard the set surgeon played afterwards and it wasn't all
that brilliant either. too much sound for my likings..

surgeon has some cool stuff.
I like Don't Give Way To Fear. it's under his british murder
boys alias. which is a collab with someone else.

that's a good boy :)

combo, I must admit, it's been a while since I've checked
out surgeon's output, but the Magneze 12 on Downwards is
pretty good and grindin

I heard of Surgeon around 95 or 96 and purchased Basic Tonal
Vocabulary, Balance, and another of his cds. Yeah, he's
good. In the "techno" genre, he's very creative.
I have trouble finding any of his work in the US. Anyone
have a link for finding his stuff? Amazon has almost
nothing.

i really like this set of his:

2006-11-24 - Surgeon @ Sequence, The Attic, Manchester.

he does a impressive mashup of Bad Hands Break in there live
with beat repeats and stuff.

if you can still find it somewhere.

a lot of people dislike him for reusing a lot of tracks over
and over.
