I'm looking for Christmas presents. Which is the best
Animal Collective album?

Okay. I was looking at that one. What about the rest? Are
they all worth getting hold of?

yes. each album is quite different. the first ones are the
more experimental (ear-bleedingly trebblesome) ones.

on "sung tongs" they seem to go more for song structure
which culminates into the new album "feels".

i agree with sung tongs...enjoyable tunes with structure
along with some nice ambience. feels is great too, but sung
tongs is a good start.

campfire songs and danse manatee are enjoyable, but unless
you already know them, you might not enjoy as much. that's
all i know.

Feels and Sung Tongs are the two more accessible albums.
Sung Tungs has quite interesting vocals. Feels does too
actually.
