A live and chill soundscape

While high on shrooms I opened up the music progs and just
started recording some knob twiddles and random keyboard
notes with a chill rep-beat overlapping. Sounded orgasmic
while high, and I still think it retains a very chilled
atmosphere. Did this awhile back and used it in a portion of
an old track.

Heres the original file.
Please listen and relax :)

I liked this, although there was some clipping in certain
places (I know, it's a pain when that happens)...unless it
was just me hearing things.

I'd just add some more layers and some beautiful subtle
reverb to it to make it even nicer. ;-)

thats interesting, a good start.

i always find that las drogas are great to get ideas out,
but you gotta polish em up with a sober head afterwards.

thanks guys.
hedphukkerr, well thats about the jist of it. I've tried
polishing it and it ruins the warm glowy synthious jazzous
bubbles in the background. The full track which I added it
into I guess you could say is the finished product. I'll
host that one up if you care to listen.

did someone once tell you that being high on drugs made
better music? because if they did they were lying

without starting a big discussion i would like to mention
the fact that a very big part of the best art/music throgh
the last decaes actually has been made under the influence
of some sort of drug, or in some way inspired the artist to
explore new directions. if beeing on shrooms helped gwely
make a better track i'm not sure of, since it's the only
track i've herad of him (i thinks.)

It's a very nice one, just the way it is. It's like a good
start to an ambient cd. But this one is kind of asking for a
second an maybe a third part, some nice transition between
the second and the third part. Do you like the idea Gwely M?
I really don't care what you use in order to make this one,
like Oyvinto says, most of the best music and art pieces
where done under some influences :)

currently working on something along those lines. It'll be a
40-60 track album with short ambient tracks that are
completely bizarre.
