does anyone else use this online shop?

i sent them an email about a week ago and they never
replied. i then somehow managed to order some stuff and got
a confirmaton email but i didn't receive the shipping note
yet and i never had problems with them before. infact it was
the most reliable online shop and i loved ordering from
them. is it just me with this sort of problems or are they
on vacation or something?

i'd order that stuff from another shop because im sort of in
a hurry but they don't reply..what to do? :(
