Here's a thing. Today, I went out the front door only to find a tied up carrier bag on the floor. I picked it up and the word "gift" was written on it in marker pen. Looking at it I could onlt discern a rolled up magazine in it. I threw it in the bin and considered all the things it could be. Some disgruntled door to door trader / beggar / gypsy initiating some vendetta? Some psycho delivering photos of me and my family taken whilst we were out? A scrawled missive written by THE DEVIL HIMSELF???
When i got back from my chores, i nervously retrieved the object from the bin and opened it. It was a complimentary newspaper magazine supplement . Oh well.

I am eating canned pears right now. Some of the pears look like they have veins. They are disguisting I suppose. I wonder how long they have been in that can and about preserving food in cans in general. I wonder if canned pears are capable of thinking. Why aren't there any canned apples? Have you ever seen canned apples? I havn't. Perhaps they don't preserve in cans well. Actually no bananas either. Sometimes I end up with 3 different sized empty used cans simultaneously. I nest them inside eachother and throw them away. This conserves trash can space.

haha, I recently took up the smoking habit again - lasted for about three weeks - it was great! apart from having a sore chest i enjoyed it... but.. no more smoking for me again.. i've even given up caffeine and although I feel better and more clear-headed, I still feel like drinking 10 cans of coke, eating twelve chocolate bars and slurping down some good strong black coffee.

dont try
I ve been without smoking for 3 years too... and I am falling again... I spend the day alone, cos I am working at home lately and boredom made me buy some cigarrettes the other day... and I am smoking more and more each day...
dont even think of it
I though I had succeded against nicotine, cos I have been 3 years without it, and I quited from one day to another... and now... I am about to throw the effort to th trash
before quiting I smoked 2 boxes a day (40 cigarrettes)

don't be too hard on yourself! It's the same for everyone - you smoke a couple of cigarettes at a friend's house... the next thing you're sneaking off to buy a ten-pack and smoking them down by the river... soon you're finding excuses and smoking 20 a day! It's an easy path to tread.

Anyway, look, I was just saying that it's not necessarily so that starting smoking you will eventually be up to a pack per day. I wasn't trying to be 'cool' or 'hip' so I don't see why you had to come out of your lurkiness to say that.

it's summer time. the weather is hot. i have a pretty good view of some trees and a mountain range(well, the tip of it). i could eat a hippopotamus right now, all i ate today was two cupasnacks which don't exactly fill up the stomach; the fire just started so it should be at least an hour and a half before din dins. oh man kebabs, juicy, finger licking KEBABS. time to make a drink and forget about it for the time being. damn countryside has turned me into a simpleton, not much more i want right now besides some kebabs.
oh, and oh i'm sure this all so exciting for you poor sods staring intently at your monitors. you refreshed for this?
LAZY_TITLE - hippos kill more people in africa than any other creature. AMAZING. they look so harmless.
