I've nearly made an end to a track that I haven't started
yet. A minute of beat fuckery but I dunno if I have gone
over the top. As always WIP.

1sn

Thanks.

I downloaded it, I'll listen to it and I'll post my opinions
about it tomorrow though.

hm.seems like distorted version of big loada, with a little
spice called "background". its nice as a short jingle ( i
wouldnt name it as a track), but what wonders me,is the idea
behind sounds that people are tryin to show. its more
interesting than the sound itself, how structure and layouts
are working and how the sound is changing - aswell as
patterns, which are spontanous, yet not dull in this case. i
would consider it more as a pattern and took it to further
editing,as it may get additional levels, and thus be a
complete track,somewhere in near future.

i think it sounds like more of an intro than an end. like
right when the fuckery stops, maintain it with a little 4/4
kick and bring in a nice pop/ambient dance thing with maybe
mild beat fuckery ever 4 measure.

I didn't have rich parents or attend a fancy music school or
win a Billy Orbit award. I will never be a Matthew Usnick.

Mr Matthew Usnick whilst attending Berklee college of music.

oh, the track, i like very much the cut up vocal bits,
though i agree with what has been said about the structure.
i think it's too busy to maintain for much longer than it
is, but if you can take what you have and break it down,
make something more coherent with it, what you have posted
could make a decent ending, if that makes any sense.

Yah this is easily as good as lots of things that people get
other people to pay them money for doing things.

Too bad your parents were poor and made you shit sandwiches
to eat for lunch at garbageman school in the ghetto.

agreed: a bit busy, but with a bit of work, I really see
this going somewhere. actually, this sounds like it could be
towards the end or in the middle of a longer track that
isn't doing as much stuff as it is now throughout.. if you
know what I mean...

i guess i somehow missed this when it was first posted -
thanks for linking me to it, ecnadniarb.

that choppy beginning's a little rough-sounding, but
otherwise very solid. i really dig it. this is straight-up
quality work. especially as a precursor to where you ended
up with that Lost track, this is an exciting development.
your work has vastly improved, i'd say. love the
production. i'm getting very excited to hear a full track
from you - this is great.

Like r40f I didn't really feel the first part, but it turned
out good after that :)

Hopefully you'll develope it into a full track.
