well downloaded but that is tantamount to theft.

I got
The Brothers Grim:
Not sure if this will be good or not ive heard bad things
but im kinda hoping its pretty cool

Bob Dylan - No direction Home:
This was on BBC 2 on monday and tuesday but i missed it but
the adverts made it seem cool and well Dylan is the man so
hey

Inside Deep Throat:
OK i know fuck all about this documentry, i have to admit i
was only drawn to it by the poster which is ALL over uni
campus of a big bright red pair of lucious lips. its had
good reviews so im sure its kool

and finally

I <3 Hukabees:
I saw this in cinema but i really fancied watching it again,
such a great film even though marky mark is in it!

oh and i also got season2 episode 2 of LOST but thats an
entire different thread hehe

I have no clue which film to watch first

anyone stole any good movies recently ?

that looks really cool although even though im a 4th year
philosophy student ive never read his work. I'll have a look
around the uni library most likely something in there.

im quite looking forward to seeing the thumbsucker saw a
trailer and it looks pretty kool but other than that i dont
really know whats due out really...

I would love to see a film called Firecracker mainly cos
MIKE PATTON is in it but i think u can only get the dvd in
the US :(

"but i think u can only get the dvd in
the US :( "

surely you can 'steal' it?

as for zizek - he's real popular in argentina, a real
celebrity there.. i think england is too swift sort of
country for his life style so he keeps clear of it probably
:)

i guess you don't need to able to speak/write proper english
when doing philosophy, wherever you're at. Interesting.

you my friend, are whats known amongst us geeks, a grammar
nazi. This is the internet, i am on a message board.
If one was to most suddenly begin to posit his thoughts in
such a laborious manner as this, one would surely die of old
age.

so basicalkly i dont care if i spell things wrong, or if i
dont punctuate properly. i worry about that when it matters

:P

i dont think stealing it is possible, its kinda a low
budget, really small film. it looks great though tehre are
trailer sonline.

as for Zizek, is less of an analytic philosopher? more
existential if you will?
I know the UK and europe kind of philosophically split back
in the 17th century and ever since theres been these two
branches, people like Hume or Kant with thier analytic
philosophy and then those like Satre and Hegel who are much
more continental (non analytic)

the thing is that your posts always strike me as being among
the most horrible bits of writing i see floating around.
sometimes i wonder if you're secretly american.

spelling cool as 'kool' and saying stuff like 'wanna' and
'gonna' makes me wonder. but then, saying 'fancied' proves
that theory wrong i suppose.

oh well anyway, i don't hate you for it or anything but i
was curious.

i totally get that my spelling and way of talking on here is
abismal, but as i say its kinda of like the way people write
thier fucking text messages, "av u gt 2 twn yt cs im on da
bus" i must admit people who txt like that (unless its
simply to save space) get right on my norks. But yer, its
kinda the internet idiom of type fast, dont think,
amaericanise the world!

its quite funny though, i talk nothing like i type. although
i do say "dude" and "man" alot like some hippy throwback
lol

but yer :) all i say is bare with my crap cos sometimes (not
often) theres some interesting things bubbling below the
surface hehe

hm, he can be quite analytical..i wasn't refering to the
philosophy branches there, more about the life style and
social aspect. i think he's kinda laid back guy (although
very energetic) which is quite a paradox hehe, but you will
understand what i mean if you see the film :)

it kinda bothers me he got so well known..i'd prefer to have
him kept as a secret..just for us slovenians hihi.

lol well tough shit sherlock we are taking your talent and
marketing it as our own ;)
hehe

I dont think all of brittian is quite as "swift" as you
think

montenegros seem to be especially laid back, plenty of
jookes about them;

why a montenegro stick a bone up his arse? so the dog drags
him iin the shadow after a meal.

why does a montenegro have a chair next to his bed? so he
rests when he gets up.

etc etc

lots of truth in those..

lol
almost as bad as the welsh jokes

"what do you call a welshman with a stick up his arse?
a Taffy apple!"

"what do you call a sheep tied to a lampost in Cardiff?
A leisure centre!"
etc etc

J198: Cheers ;)
