i love dancing and it is my favorite thing to do at shows

im irritated by people who stand at the very front with
their arms crossed

for instance i saw pendulum at the home bar here in dallas a
few nights ago and there was this short chunky person
standing at the very front with his nose almost touching the
decks. he would flip around like a bear trap and stare down
anyone who touched/came near him

fuck you asshole

at autechre in may there were tons of people just standing
like pillars at the front of the fucking floor. im trying to
get my bunction on, and you are gonna threaten to hit me
each time i touch you. well guess what, fuck you asshole.
sean and rob are not gonna look at you and thank you for
coming to their show while theyre playing music. go be an
obstacle elsewhere! eat shit mother fucker!!

the topic of this thread is dancing.

Can we talk about people... talking at concerts. That
just... kills me.

To be fair, someone dancing at Ae, I wouldn't say they'd
annoy me but, much further than head nodding or bobbing, I'd
think you were taking the piss, on drugs, or just mentally
ill like 98% of the public.

i wouldnt worry too much, the people on the side bobbing
their heads watching people dance are just jealous of how
much you've had to drink

DANCING IS THE BEST! I didn't go to Autechre last Saturday
because I decided I like dancing instead of standing

i either need hard music or hard drugs to start dancing.
combination of both does wonders!

LOL. I have on more than one occasion been told I'm a great
dancer by fellow ravers; one even took me to his sister and
told me to look after her ;).

I love to dance, especially if I'm under the influence :)

although I do appreciate the compliment, I do have to bring
to light the incy-weency flaw in your post that is you have
never gone to a rave, (with me at least, and clubbing
doesn't count as a rave).

Not being able to dance is a serious medical condition. As
it turns out, I'm rather sensitive about it too. Lord knows
I've tried, but in the end, I just had to let go.

Some people just can't do it! You, sir, are prejudiced.

I love to dance, even if I'm not a very good dancer (but I
try to improve that !) and I'm pissed by people who don't
dance when they SHOULD.
