The guy on the tape has been confirmed as the bomber. But there still seems to be discussion as to whether he was aware his message would be edited as heavily as it has, and have the 'Al-Quaida' number two record a secondary message afterwards. Whether there actually is a highly organised 'terrorist network' or not, there are certainly some opportunists working hard on the propaganda front. |

yes, i imagine he sent it to al jazeera, and al jazeera passed it onto the second top-man in al-quaeda. i totally doubt that the london bombings were anything more than inspired by al-quaeda.. certainly weren't ordered by "them" (their 8 members hiding out in caves in pakistan) |

Interesting observation on invading america. It is morbidly fascinating though. Such mob madness is usually only seen happening in third world countries ravaged by natural disasters or political turmoil. I don't for a second have any hope that this might help Americans see that they're just like the rest of us and hold no elevated position of morality or humanity in the world. |

I wonder if it's strategically worth invading america anyway, say, by the chinese what would they gain? An infra-structure based on a slowly depleting fuel source. I think the era of wars-for-resources is well and truly over and the military complex, built up since the time of colonialism, is null and void. Terrorism is a natural end to the 3 centuries of colonial raping of automonous states that wern't able to defend themselves. Its all over now and we're gonna HAVE to work togther more and America should take this opportunty to initiate a sea-change in overall policy and fucking well ask for help with this disaster and realise times have changed and its time to get with the program. |

Terrorism isn't a natural end to colonialism, it merely gives imperial nations an excuse for waging war -- even though the terrorism which everyone talks about is being committed because of this imperialism in the first place.
